Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Streamo4K app, the website at https://streamo4k.com and any paid features ("Premium"). By installing the app, creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

"We", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of Streamo4K. "You" means the person using the service.

Streamo4K is media player software. It lets you play content from sources you add yourself, such as M3U playlists, Xtream Codes logins, Stalker portals and XMLTV guides.

We do not provide, host, sell, distribute or recommend any TV channels, streams, playlists or other content. No content is included with the app or with Premium. We have no relationship with any content provider and cannot help you obtain content.

• You may only add and play content that you have the legal right to access in your country.
• You are solely responsible for the sources you add and for complying with the terms of your content provider.
• You must not use the service to infringe intellectual property rights or to break any law.
• You must not reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent the licensing of the app or Premium, except where the law allows it.
• You must not misuse the website, including attempting to access other users' accounts, overloading our systems or abusing support channels.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Some features (Premium on multiple devices, cloud sync, signing in on a TV with a code) need an account. Keep your login details safe and tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

• Premium is sold as per-device licenses. One license unlocks Premium on one device. You can buy as many licenses as you need; each additional device needs its own license.
• A lifetime license is a one-time payment. "Lifetime" means for as long as we operate the Streamo4K service and the app remains available.
• A yearly license renews automatically each year at the price shown when you bought it (or a new price we notify you of in advance) until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account; Premium stays active on that device until the end of the year you paid for.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe (cards) and PayPal; we don't store full card numbers. Taxes are added where required and shown at checkout.
• You may move a license from one device to another when you replace a device, using your account. Licenses are for personal and household use, not for resale or public use.
• Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

Each license has a key. A key can be activated on any device until it is first activated; after that it is bound to that device (subject to moving it as described above). You may give an unactivated key to someone else as a gift. Keys have no cash value and must not be sold, published or shared beyond the person you give them to.

We update the app and the website from time to time and may add, change or remove features. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some features depend on your device or on your content provider (for example, catch-up only works if your provider supports it).

The app, website, name, logo and design belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose under these terms. Content you play through the app belongs to its respective owners.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the service, and in particular none about the availability, quality or legality of any content you choose to play.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by content or services provided by third parties. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if required by law. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice.

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
