Sign in on your TV with a code

Link the TV to your account by entering a short code on your phone.

Typing an email and password with a remote is painful, so the TV app can sign in with a short code instead. You confirm the code on your phone or computer.

  1. Step 1: On the TV, open Streamo4K → Settings → Account and choose Sign in with a code.
  2. Step 2: A 6-character code (and a QR code) appears on the screen.
  3. Step 3: On your phone, scan the QR code or go to streamo4k.com/activate.
  4. Step 4: Sign in to your account (or create one) and enter the code exactly as shown.
  5. Step 5: Confirm the device. Within a few seconds the TV shows that it is signed in.

Codes expire after a few minutes. If yours expired, just request a new one on the TV.

What signing in gives you

  • Activate one of your account's licenses on the TV to unlock Premium there (one license per device). Manage this in Account → Devices.
  • Cloud sync of favorites, history and settings between your devices (Premium).
  • You can see and remove signed-in devices from your account.

Using a license key

If you bought a license or received a key (TVI-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX), enter it on the device in Settings → Premium → Enter license key, or add it to your account at /redeem. A key works on any device until it is activated; after that it belongs to that device.
